Dean Miller, Chef and Owner of Fusion of Flavor, has been in the business since 1999. He was a chef at Little Nell in Aspen and the Ocean Reef Club in Florida. Locally, he has worked at Galley Beach and Nantucket Golf Club before starting his own catering business.
